To SERVE and CONNECT!

The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) – Camiguin Provincial Office, through its Free Wi-Fi for All Program, provided connectivity support for the State Colleges and Universities Athletic Association (SCUAA) Games 2025 in Camiguin.

In collaboration with the Camiguin Polytechnic State College (CPSC), DICT Camiguin, headed by Engr. James Sagocsoc, secured connectivity to E-Sports events and identified priority areas through the installation of multiple Starlink units. This initiative aimed to maintain real-time coordination, reporting, and seamless connectivity for the online games.

DICT Camiguin also provided a standby Radio Communications System, establishing a direct link with Mainland Region 10 through the Regional Disaster Network in case of emergencies.

This collaboration exemplifies our commitment to public service and demonstrates a strong partnership between the academe and DICT, working together in bridging the Digital Gap and to better serve the nation.
