The program is fully funded by the Commission on Higher Education under the project titled “Levelling-Up Philippine Higher Education Institution in Agriculture, Fisheries and Natural Resources” (LevelUPHEI-AFAR) in coordination with the Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA) based at the University of the Philippines at Los Banos, Laguna.
